Description of problem:
  Cant build app on Fedora Rawhide (31). F30 and F29 bults fine.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  - botan-1.10.17-13.fc31.src.rpm
  - compat-openssl10-1.0.2o-6.fc31.src.rpm

How reproducible:
  Try to built package which have:
    BuildRequires:  pkgconfig(botan-1.10)

Actual results:
  'nothing provides compat-openssl10-devel needed by botan-devel-1.10.17-13.fc31.x86_64'

Expected results:
  Successful build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.

botan-1.10.17-14.fc31 and botan-1.10.17-14.fc32 do not depend on OpenSSL anymore.

Which package are you trying to build? It should be migrate to Botan2 as soon as possible, as v1 as already been EOL'ed upstream.

Package - QOwnNotes.
