Description of problem:
Kuryr-Kubernetes moved building its images to OCP project and is now built using OCP infrastructure from github.com/openshift/kuryr-kubernetes repo mirror. The openstack-kuryr-controller and openstack-kuryr-cni images are not supported in OSP15 and will not get through QE procedures. Therefore those can be removed from OSP15 and future versions.
