Description of problem: mingw-libidn2 uses a different source than libidn2. The former uses 2.1.1 version, while the latter uses 2.2.0


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): mingw32-libidn2-2.1.1-2.fc31.noarch


Expected results: mingw packages should be as close as possible from their native counter part
