Identify -> [any option] gives '400 Bad request'

Description of problem:
Identify Physical Chassis give '400 Bad Request'

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Red Hat CloudForms 5.11

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Compute -> Physical Infrastructure -> Chassis -> Physical Chassis
2. Move to Identify -> Turn On LED [Or any other option]

Actual results:
It gives the below error
