Description adam winberg 2019-08-15 12:14:09 UTC
Could you please build libgsasl for EPEL8?

Comment 2 Jaroslav Škarvada 2019-09-27 15:09:25 UTC
It's blocking exim EPEL-8 inclusion (bug 1754907).

Comment 3 Ruben Püttmann 2019-10-08 09:43:18 UTC
any news on this?

Comment 4 Tim Jackson 2019-10-09 20:35:58 UTC
Seems to be dependent in turn on libntlm, which has not even been requested for EPEL8

Comment 5 Tim Jackson 2019-11-02 21:54:57 UTC
The dependent package libntlm has now been built.

Comment 6 Peter Klimczak 2019-11-11 15:53:32 UTC
Any update or ETA regarding this issue?

Comment 7 Felix Schwarz 2019-11-19 08:01:02 UTC
Any idea if Exim is compatible with the latest libgsasl 1.8.1? I just sent a pull request (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libgsasl/pull-request/1) as I noticed the rawhide version was out of date.

I don't know, but taking into account that it just bumped patch level from 0 to 1, I guess it should be compatible, but I haven't tried.

Comment 9 Fedora Update System 2019-11-19 13:22:08 UTC
FEDORA-EPEL-2019-3d3b2e64a8 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 8. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-3d3b2e64a8

Comment 10 Jaroslav Škarvada 2019-11-19 13:27:20 UTC
I temporally built exim without libgsasl support.

Comment 11 Peter Lemenkov 2020-02-28 13:38:27 UTC
I am not planning to maintain any packages for EPEL including this one so (co)maintainers are welcome.
