Description of problem:
Login cluster console with admin user, click on the alert or alert rule graph, it will slow down the browser,
sometimes would cause the computer crashes

when clicking on the graph, the time span will be changed to 10s.
eg:
/api/prometheus/api/v1/query_range?start=1565936541.4932418&end=1565936551.4932418&step=0.03333333333333333&query=vector(1)&timeout=5s

# date --date="@1565936541.493241" -u
Fri Aug 16 06:22:21 UTC 2019

no such issue with 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-09-02-172410 now
