Description of problem: A fresh install of powerman is not able to be started once configured because the daemon user can't write to the PID file /var/run/powerman/powerman.pid because /var/run/powerman directory doesn't exist. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.3.25-1.el7.x86_64 How reproducible: Every install Steps to Reproduce: 1. yum install powerman 2. # configure a node in powerman.conf 3. systemctl start powerman 4. FAILURE - must create /var/run/powerman manually owned by daemon user Actual results: powerman is unable to start until the /var/run/powerman is created manually and owned by daemon user. Expected results: I'd expect the RPM to provide all necessary directories to run powerman.
