Hello Igor -- I made a new PR for 2.3.2 and it seems to build properly. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-portalocker/pull-request/3
Just circling back on this, Igor. I'm still able to get azure-cli and its SDK components to work with the current version, but I don't know how long that will last. If there's anything I can do to help you, please let me know! 👍🏻
Igor -- could I help you co-maintain this package? It's one of my key components for azure-cli and I'm having difficulty keeping azure-cli working with this older portalocker version.
Awaiting BZ 2051781 to go into F35 and then I'll bring this update in with the azure-cli update.
