tinyxml2 is now 4 years out of date in Fedora and seems to have been updated in EPEL9 only. I'm going to push the latest version to rawhide and see about either backporting to F36 or at least bumping to 7.1.0 there. If there are no objections, I'm planning on working on this next week.
I built 9.0.0 in epel9 with the intent on backporting it to rawhide, I haven't gotten a chance to do it yet. I've just sent the notification to the devel list and will handle it later this week. I don't have a problem updating f36 to 7.1.0, but backporting 9.0.0 might go against the packaging guidelines now that f36 is released.
