Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create migration plan for OSP. 
2. start migration , migration fails with error 'undefined method `ems_ref' for nil:NilClass'
3. No logs are shown . see attached screenshot

Not able to recreate this issue on another appliance .
Migration is failing with refresh inventory issue which will be tracked here https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1692892
