Description of problem: Image registry sends incomplete data to the must-gather tool.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.2.0


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the must-gather tool against an OpenShift 4.2 or 4.1 cluster
2. Inspect the contents of the openshift-image-registry namespace

Actual results: Only a subset of components are sent to the must-gather tool.


Expected results: Full contents of the openshift-image-registry namespace are present in the must-gather data.
