Create 10 projects on an OCP 3 cluster. 2. In the migration plan wizard of UI, select the page size to 5 rows. 3. Check 3 namespaces and click next to go to the next page of namespaces. Actual results: 3 namespaces are selected on the next page. Uncheck the namespaces on the page 2 and come back to page 1. The 3 namespaces on page 1 are unchecked. Expected results: Checkboxes should not be checked if not checked by user. Additional info: Attaching screenshots

As we begin to add edit functionality, the reliance on step 2 to submit the migplan will change. Currently, the migplan is submitted based on the values selected in step 2. There is no way to re-submit the migplan & change those values at this point aside from closing the wizard and starting over.
