Description of problem: 4.4 should be released in a few days, but I could get a jump on things by doing a prerelease update early. This will allow us to drop some security patches and provide for reproducibke build support which is a feature requested in another bug. We will be changing the source location from sourceforge to github.
4.4 has been released. I'm going to try to get it into rawhide within a few weeks. The main issue is the man pages, as those came from Debian, rather than upstream and there are a number of new options. We should be able to drop most of our local patches, including the ones for security issues (which are fixed upstream).
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle. Changing version to 32.
I finally got this done and 4.4 is now in rawhide.
