Description of problem:

For OCP 4.2 to GA the NFD operator, need to have ART-built images in the redhat-operators OperatorSource along with the metadata required to have it installable from OperatorHub.   The ART folks can help with this.

From ART: We do need to finish sorting out some issues regarding the metadata/manifests of operators. That might be the reason why they are not showing up there.

The operator does not appear in redhat-operators-art or redhat-operators-stage registries.   I opened https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1752047 for this

NFD shows up in redhat-operators-art but the install fails.   See  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1753536

The images are build and in redhat-operators-art.  Install failures tracked by bz in comment 12.  Marking verified.
