Description of problem: Perform SSA on EC2 instance and watch evm.log for agent.
After initiating SSA on instance, getting error: "No route is configured on gateway". Agent is created successfully but SSA job fails after 3000 seconds.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add EC2 provider.
2. Perform SSA on instance 
3.

Actual results: SSA is working.


Expected results:It should scan instance without any error.


Additional info:
Working perfectly on latest CF 5.10.9

After working with Satyajit in his environment 10.8.198.22, we found the docker image simaishi/amazon-ssa:5.11.0.21 couldn't start in the deployed agent. It worked with older 5.10 docker image. Please create new docker image and test with it.

Getting error after using image: "RHEL-Atomic_7.4_HVM_GA-20180104-x86_64-1-Access2-GP2",
which is available in the CFME appliance.

Able to perform SSA on EC2 provider by using Satoe's docker image.
AMI images used: "RHEL-Atomic_7.7_HVM_GA-20190923-x86_64-0-Access2-GP2", which succeed SSA
without any error.

Able to perform SSA on EC2 provider by using Satoe's private docker image without any error.

Default AMI image used which is: RHEL-Atomic_7.7_HVM_GA-20190923-x86_64-0-Access2-GP2.
