After uninstalling python27, rpmlint-1.11-4.fc32 reports a warnings about missing  
/usr/bin/python2:

$ rpmlint noarch/perl-Test2-Harness-0.001086-1.fc32.noarch.rpm 
sh: /usr/bin/python2: No such file or directory
1 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 0 warnings.
