Describe the issue:

- The documentation states that we may use org.infinispan.infinispan-bom BOM to specify  Data Grid version and compatibility, however, there's no BOM avaiable for JDG 7:

- https://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga/org/infinispan/infinispan-bom/

Suggestions for improvement:

1 - Update documentation with the prover BOM version (if there's an existing one);

2 - Include  quickstarts using the spring boot starters 

Additional information: 

* sorry for opening BZ's on JDG 6.x, but we don't have an option for 7.x
