gtkparasite-0.2.0-0.9.20121121git0a0c90b7.fc31.x86_64 fails to install in Fedora rawhide: nothing provides python2-devel(x86-64) needed by gtkparasite-0.2.0-0.9.20121121git0a0c90b7.fc31.x86_64 This is caused by the python27 package. Please, don't require python2-devel(x86-64) package directly. If you need Python 2 in Fedora 32+, you need to request a FESCo exception.
GTK3 has a builtin inspector that does this, and I'm pretty sure upstream is dead.
Automation has figured out the package is retired in rawhide. If you like it to be unretired, please open a ticket at https://pagure.io/releng/new_issue?template=package_unretirement
