Description of problem:
After update to RHEL 7.7 opening a new shell results in error message:

if: Expression Syntax.

This comes from an 'if' expression in the file /etc/profile.d/kde.csh.

kde-settings-19-23.7.el7.noarch

How reproducible:
Always after RHEL 7.7 update

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new tcsh shell
