Document URL: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_cloudforms/4.7/html/provisioning_virtual_machines_and_instances/catalogs-services#adding-a-service-dialog-using-editor

Section Number and Name:
5.2. Service Dialogs -> 5.2.1. Adding a Service Dialog -> 7. Add elements to the section: -> iii Optional

Describe the issue:
- Exclamation Mark is not for Mandatory but represents `Help Information` at CloudForms Catalog dialog
- If you have something in Description then it will show Exclamation Mark and if you put your mouse over it, will see the information from the Description field
- This is a small thing but it confused the CU and has to improve the CU UI Experience

Suggestions for improvement:
Please can you mention in the Note that `Exclamation Mark represents Help Information`

Additional information:
Refer Bug 1688118 which was raised considering this as an issue.
