Description of problem:
Create instance should be more clear about backend name and suffix.
Backend name should have a placeholder (like userRoot). It does have a hover hint, but more details should be provided (short description of what it does, allowed characters, etc.)
Same goes for Backend suffix.

There is probably still room for improvement, I'll leave this in assigned, but most of this has been addressed in: 389-ds-base-1.4.1.7-1.module+el8dsrv+4200+233a821d

New create instance UI addresses the issues described in comment #0.
