Description of problem:
[UI] Tooltips in the setup networks dialog are broken and doesn't show any information for networks and NICs as they should. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.4.0_SNAPSHOT-201.gd9eb76b.0.scratch.master.el7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. OPen the setup networks dialog

Actual results:
the tooltips doesn't show any info for networks and NICs/bonds. The tooltips seems to be be broken

Expected results:
Tooltips should show all the important and relevant info per network and NICs

Would be good to know which version introduced this issue.

Might be an incompatibility with firefox 68.

I suspect that ovirt-engine-ui-extensions-1.0.8-1.el7ev.noarch ?
or new paternfly? 
Using chrome btw, reproduced on both

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
