Description of problem:

During metrics tests to provide sizing spec to support 1000VMs
were found:
1. Need 16CPU cores
2. Have memory paging
3. High disk activity (mostly in "READ")

rhv-release-4.3.6-3

How reproducible:

The tests include steps of 250VMs, 500VMs & 1000VMs
Server measurement tools - NMON

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy metrics
2. Increase #of CPU cores to 16
3. Monitor 1000VMs
4. run measurement tools to collect statistics 

Actual results:
Although the total CPU was ~53%, found memory paging and high disk activity.

Expected results:
No memory paging & high disk activity
Try to decrease the total CPU cores from 16

We need to document requirements but within RHV/oVirt Metrics tool there's not thant much we can do to reduce the requirements of OpenShift and ElasticSearch.
