This is pretty strange, because it happens only on the bare metal I use for test, while in a VM it works.
Similar problem has been detected: I went to Online accounts and clicked on Google. Only empty (white) window appeared, so I click on 'x' button. On other click (it can be anything) the control center crashed. reporter: libreport-2.10.1 backtrace_rating: 4 cgroup: 0::/user.slice/user-1000.slice/user/gnome-shell-wayland.service cmdline: gnome-control-center crash_function: webkitWebViewBaseMakeGLContextCurrent executable: /usr/bin/gnome-control-center journald_cursor: s=72945dee29b4450292095b90053bf058;i=a375;b=7db6e8ad17a14751932fa00561271f5c;m=2d3a0ea1;t=592692fb4b1d8;x=6d9ec170968e1ed0 kernel: 5.3.0-0.rc6.git0.1.fc31.x86_64 package: gnome-control-center-3.34.0.1-1.fc31 reason: gnome-control-center killed by SIGSEGV rootdir: / runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 1000
I'd like to notice, that the same thing happened to me when I tried to add google during initial setup (after system installation) so this could be problem with online-accounts instead of gnome-control-center.
