Description of problem:
With the introduction of the unified conversion host image, the conversion hosts will be virtual machines in either OpenStack or RHV. Currently, only hosts are allow as conversion hosts in RHV. The goal of the BZ is to add the support for VMs.

To verify this BZ, simply create a conversion host via the API with a resource being a RHV VM, instead of an OpenStack VM.
