Description of problem:
Verifying https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1703278#c30 I had problems with

 3) problem with DB permissions to restrictive

preventing the backup task to complete. No such error was indicated to the user through the Web UI. There were only some errors in the evm.log

It is important to know that the backup task is started and MAINLY it is important to know it FAILED and ideally with some meaningful error message.
