Description of problem:
In the RHCS 4.0 beta 2 installation guide, there is no explanation about how to install Ceph cockpit plugin. It's just marked as Prerequisite in chapter 3.1. There is not even mention to the name of the package.
And it's impossible to find in the Ceph tools repo.

In RHCS 4.0 beta 4, situation with this documentation bug is the same.
