Description of problem:
Add a new Prerequisite in Chapter 3.1 of Installation guide: RHEL8 minimal installation doesn't provide Cockpit by default. It has to be install with yum install cockpit and then the web server listening in 9090 has to be enabled.
Steps as root:
 yum install cockpit
 systemctl enable --now cockpit.socket
 systemctl status cockpit.socket

Also nice to mention how to login to the Cockpit Web User Interface: mentionining https://<admin-ansible-node>:9090
