Description of problem: 
The strings on storage -> disks -> add -> managed block section. The section name as well as the warning message "There are no available Managed Block storage domains that you have permissions to create a disk on in the relevant Data Center." is not localized for Czech.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to admin portal with any non-English locale
2. Go to storage -> disks -> add -> managed block
3. Observe the section name and the warning message at the bottom.

Since Czech is not one of the supported languages which should be translated by redhat (the 7 supported languages are German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, fr, ja, ko and zh), then so we should ask the community to contribute by helping us localize oVirt.

Any help is appreciated.

This bug didn't get any attention in a long time, and it's not planned in foreseeable future. oVirt development team has no plans to work on it.
Please feel free to reopen if you have a plan how to contribute this feature/bug fix.
