Doc description: The availability to run a cluster upgrade from the Admin Portal has existed since 4.3 (see BZ1637593). However there has not been a simple visual indication the process is actively running in Admin Portal. This change currently does two things: 1. A simple cluster upgrade status column has been added to the Clusters table. Three statuses are added: - Empty "" for when upgrade is not running and no upgrades are detected. - "Upgrades available" for when 1 or more hosts in the cluster have detected upgrades available - "Upgrade in progress" for when the cluster upgrade ansible role is running. See: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/c/ovirt-engine/+/113669 2. An Events tab has been added to cluster details to show events specifically for that cluster. The cluster upgrade ansible role will generate events attached to the cluster while the process is running. See: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/c/ovirt-engine/+/112770
