Currently all efi binaries in different packages (grub, shim, fwupd...) involved in the host boot process are installed straight into /boot/efi, this is problematic for a few reasons: - ostree based systems do not want to have code to write into another partition, they would want a daemon/tool that would be triggered after an update to replace the ESP version by the one deplyed with the OS update - currently when an rpm deploys the files it is not checked whether /boot/efi is installed, which could lead to potential problems if for some accidental reason the ESP is unmounted This bug is meant to be a tracker for bugs in each package deploying an EFI binary in /boot/efi
