Description of problem:

Whole problem is described in case 02467877 (https://gss.my.salesforce.com/5002K00000gl9Ik)

Customer is not able to get Chargeback reports, error found in logs:

All files are attached to case, including database dump.

Reprod is baking (waiting for DB restore now), IP is 10.44.130.172 (in BRQ lab).
