This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Verified on 3.10.0-1111.rt56.1073.el7.x86_64:

run http://pkgs.devel.redhat.com/cgit/tests/kernel/plain/networking/route/pmtu repeatedly for several hours, no panic happened
