How reproducible:
Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install hdf5

Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libsz.so.2()(64bit) needed by hdf5-1.10.5-4.el8.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)


Expected results:
hdf5 package is installed.

libaec is in the codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms repository.  You need to enable that.
