Description bsmejkal 2019-09-11 16:32:04 UTC
Description of problem:
In Replication -> Configuration -> Add Replication Manager if I create replication manager DN e.g. "cn=replication manager,cn=config" and then attempt to create another manager with same DN, I will get success message for creating the entry.
Like this I can create replication manager with different/same password as many times as I want.
It would be better to throw error message that user is trying to create duplicate entry and maybe do a button to edit existing replication manager (change password etc.).

Comment 1 Simon Pichugin 2021-12-06 22:43:56 UTC
Current Replication Manager creation behaviour is defined by CLI and works as intended.
I'm moving the BZ back to NEW, and I think we should discuss the idea first and gather feedback before changing the intended behaviour.
