The rsyslog is unsupported collector in openshift/ose-cluster-logging-operator:v4.2.0-201909151553 time="2019-09-16T05:25:20Z" level=info msg="Unsupported log collector: rsyslog" Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
