Description of problem:
Rabbitmq crash dump is getting generated every minute.

Red Hat OpenStack Platform 13 

How reproducible:
Always

Actual results:
Rabbitmq generating crash dump

Expected results:
rabbitmq should not crash.

Additional info:
We patched heat_api and heat_engine containers with patches mentioned in RHBZ#1747226 Not sure if they are related in any case.
