Good catch! The tests were reshuffled by https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/23894 and github did not catch it as conflict. The test is enabled. Move to verified. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
