Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install IPA server and establish trust
2. Now run the command #sssctl domain-list multiple times

Actual results:
sssctl domain-list displays the output intermittently.

2. Also the sssd_ifp log displays the below in debug mode.

Expected results: sssctl domain-list should display the output everytime.

I know patch was already pushed but it would be good to
clone BZ to upstream and commit hash there as for the record as well.
Other downstream distributions might be interested in as well.
And it could be hidden in release notes without any upstream issue.

This bug was fixed as part of the rebase we did in RHEL 8.2.0. It would be good to fully ack it and include in the erratum.
