Description Mike Timonin 2005-12-07 14:22:44 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050922 Fedora/1.0.7-1.1.fc4 Firefox/1.0.7

Description of problem:
I have installed WDC WD2000JB-00FUA0 hard drive to my system and tried to mount it.
Partitioning with fdisk goes ok. I've tried both creating one 200gb partition and several smaller. Then mkfs -t ext3 /dev/hdb1 also goes ok.
I try to mount to test/ then and fail
mount: /dev/hdb1 already mounted or test/ busy

I am using kernel 2.6.9-22.0.1.EL
I've tried this drive on another server with RHEL4 and got the same error
Mounting on FC4(2.6.12-1.1447_FC4) went ok

Comment 1 Mike Timonin 2006-03-23 07:30:18 UTC
After some time I have found solution. The trouble is in dmraid package. Remove
it, reboot amd everything is ok.

Comment 2 Karel Zak 2006-03-23 10:22:42 UTC
