Description of problem:
Clearing all text from Alerting YAML Editor causes editor to disappear.

4.2

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Monitoring -> Alerting -> YAML
2. Select All yaml text & Delete


Actual results:
YAML TextArea and Save button disappear

Expected results:
YAML TextArea and Save button remain displayed and one can save an empty yaml ojb.

This is not reproduced on Firefox 68 and Chrome 75.
Verified on 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-09-15-052022
