Description of problem:
When a user performs a platform sync (providers+core) the source is not received by cloud.redhat.com

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register the system to rhsm, insights, and enable the inter
2. Attempt a Platform Sync
3.

Actual results:
Payload no received in cloud.redhat.com

Expected results:
Payload received in cloud.redhat.com

Additional info:
Syncing multiple providers fails as well.
