Wrong URL in SELinux part of release-notes

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
FC5-test1 (lates)

How reproducible:
Look into section "7.2.2.2. SELinux Changes" and find URL

Expected results:
Some URL available from public Internet (for example, form Russia)

Fixed in CVS and posted live on f.r.c; eventually translated outwards, but it is
in the canonical release notes module:
