Description of problem:
After the upgrade to the version 1.31.1 the package shared-mime-info some icons are missing like the icon of the transmission app, or in the files app the icon of the computer in another locations, and a lot of anothers scattered  all apps in the default Fedora installation.

shared-mime-info 1.31.1

How reproducible:
It can be reproducible in all fedora instalations that upgrade to this package, I can confirm Fedora 30 and upcoming Fedora 31

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf upgrade shared-mime-info
2. Look to the icons missing in the shell overview
3. Look for the icons missing in files app, boxes app. etc

Actual results:
Icons missing

Expected results:
See icons

I'm a not a native speaker,  and my knowledg and skills about reporting bugs are 0, please forgive me if I did it everything wrong, I can repply very quickly and do test if it's necessary
