You will need libvterm >= 0.1 and lua-luv. See https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:mcepl:neovim/lua-luv for my efforts to build Fedora/RHEL packages.

Comment 5 Matěj Cepl 2019-09-19 13:10:18 UTC
Sorry, the whole project (and all packages which are not in openSUSE:Factory) is https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:mcepl:neovim (lua-luv is just one of those packages missing in Fedora/RHEL).

Comment 6 Andreas Schneider 2019-09-19 15:41:58 UTC
I've already updated libvterm to version 0.1.1. It is in rawhide and f31. However I'm struggling with packaging lua-luv in Fedora. It is much easier with OBS as you have multibuild support, with Fedora it is kind of a mess.

My first attempt is here:

https://xor.cryptomilk.org/rpm/lua-luv/

FYI: neovim in tumbleweed is currently broken because of the libvterm update

Comment 7 Matěj Cepl 2019-09-19 18:17:42 UTC
I am sorely tempted to give up on all Fedora/RHEL packages. It is so difficult to anything lua anyway, and for Fedora/RHEL with all those missing packages and macros it is even more difficult. I have spent whole day fiddling with my macros on https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:mcepl:neovim/lua-luv and I am still not there. :(

Comment 8 Andreas Schneider 2019-09-25 06:39:45 UTC
I've opened https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1754957 for lua-luv
