Fails on DNS lookup which means either openstack misconfiguration or DNS problem:

"RouteHealthDegraded: failed to GET route: dial tcp: lookup oauth-openshift.apps.ci-op-hs7i4k0n.shiftstack.ci on 172.30.0.10:53: no such host"
