Description of problem:

When trying to log in, the screen reader remains quiet on "Not listed" pushbutton. Also, it sometimes sounds distorted the first time it sounds on my machine. It is ok the second time I try.

1. Switch on Screen Reader and hover above the button.

Actual results:

This button is not read.

Expected results:

The button is properly read.

Can you file this against orca upstream, http://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/orca , please?
