+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1700926 +++

Description of problem:
This anomaly came about as a result of committing BZ1700926.  It was observed
that when reserving a systems with 600 seconds the reservation ended quickly.
Then when configured with 1200 seconds, it quit at the appropriate timing.
