Description of problem: Trying to retrieve the cluster-nfd-operator manifest from redhat-operators-art gives Unauthorized access. Other 3rd level operators (logging, etc) manifests can be retrieved successfully. curl -s -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -H 'Authorization: basic <token-redacted>' -XGET https://quay.io/cnr/api/v1/packages/redhat-operators-art/cluster-nfd-operator {"error":{"code":"forbidden","details":{"package":"redhat-operators-art/cluster-nfd-operator","scopes":["pull"]},"message":"Unauthorized access for: redhat-operators-art/cluster-nfd-operator"}}
Why not follow the pattern for other operators?
