I can reproduce. The problem is that the 3.11 console incorrectly assumes the resource follows the Kubernetes kind -> plural conventions (kind that ends with `s` is pluralized with `es`). This isn't necessarily the case for CRDs.

After create template via CLI, then apply template on console
No error occurs during creation on v3.11.161.
But, the fix not merged in 3.11.160 which is the coming release version in the errata.
So I'll verify it later
